Terms and Conditions for WB Travel

Welcome to WB Travel. By accessing or using our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully, as they govern your relationship with WB Travel and your use of our services.

1. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once we receive full payment. A preliminary invoice may be issued for your reference, but this does not guarantee your reservation. Ensure you pay the amount within the specified deadline to secure your booking.
  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. All payments must be completed in the currency stated on your invoice.
  • Taxes and Fees: Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges for optional services (e.g., premium seats or custom itineraries) will be outlined before final payment.

2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • 45+ days before departure: You will lose the booking fees.
  • 31-44 days before departure: 25% of the total booking cost will be forfeited.
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost will be forfeited.
  • 8-14 days before departure: 75% of the total booking cost will be forfeited.
  • 7 days or less before departure: No refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after approval.
  • Refunds are only issued for cancellations made in compliance with the terms above.
  • No refunds are provided for partially used services, such as skipped tours or unused meals.
  • Currency exchange rates may affect the final refund amount if the booking involves foreign exchange components.

Amendments to Bookings

  • You may request changes to your booking (e.g., a change in travel dates or destinations). The first change is free, but subsequent changes may incur an administrative fee.
  • Changing a tour package is treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with cancellation charges applied accordingly.

3. Delivery of Travel Documents

  • Travel documents (e.g., e-tickets, itineraries, and vouchers) will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during booking after full payment is received.
  • Ensure all personal details are accurate, as WB Travel is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information.

4. Delivery Policy (for Physical Items)

  • For any physical items related to your booking (e.g., travel kits or merchandise), delivery is limited to serviceable areas.
  • WB Travel is not liable for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters).

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. WB Travel adheres to data protection laws and ensures your personal data is secure.

  • Data Collection: We collect information such as your name, contact details, and payment information to provide services.
  • Usage: Your data is used solely for booking, payment processing, and customer communication.
  • Sharing Data: We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) essential to your booking.

6. Responsibilities of Clients

Passports and Visas

  • Clients must possess valid passports and obtain visas or permits required for their destination(s).
  • WB Travel provides assistance with visa applications, but the responsibility for securing these remains with the client.

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions. WB Travel offers optional travel insurance plans upon request.

Compliance

    • Clients must adhere to all travel regulations and behave respectfully during tours. Misconduct can result in the termination of services without refund.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • WB Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by third parties.
  • Force majeure events, such as strikes, weather conditions, or government actions, may affect your travel plans. WB Travel is not liable for such occurrences but will assist in finding alternative arrangements.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms must be resolved through arbitration or, if necessary, in the courts of England and Wales.

9. Additional Policies

Returns and Refunds (for Merchandise)

  • Merchandise purchased through WB Travel can be returned within 15 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the item.
